Duties of the Arbitration Service

The purpose of the Arbitration Service is to settle disputes, by extrajudicial means, which arise between persons with disabilities and public authorities and relate to the subject of accessibility. Unlike legal proceedings, an arbitration procedure is free of charge, and there is no need to call upon legal counsel. There are no winners or losers, rather those involved try to resolve the conflict together with the aid of the Arbitration Service.
